Here you see the Before & After Image! This Particular image was done in studio with green screen. Of course now you can see the placed background, but also notice the skin smoothing, and Make-up enhancement... this is just a small look into editing!

Currently all of my images are shot with a Canon 40D digital camera. I shoot exclusively in RAW mode since I feel this gives me the best ability in post-processing to draw out the full potential of an image.



Conversion of the RAW files is done using Photoshop Lightroom 2, or Canon Digital Photo Professional as I feel it does the best job at rendering colors.

Once converted, the images are adjusted for sharpness, contrast, brightness and color correctness. Then they are cropped for composition if needed. The processing (image enhancement) is completed using the Adobe Master Collection CS3 (IE. Photoshop) and PS Lightroom 2. I do have other image enhancement programs, and plug-ins but it's really hard to beat what can be done in Photoshop!

Both are extreme cases, so for artistic use I find these examples very acceptable. Not all images can be "enhanced" in the way these examples have, but I am willing to attempt this type of "enhancement" on any image.

Post-processing of images has a never ending learning curve. I am always looking for new methods and techniques in an attempt to produce the best possible images. With that being said if you loved one photo so much you could have it processed many different forms so that you may enjoy or use it as much as you want....
